I'm a Product Design Leader with over 8 years of experience in designing and leading teams at companies such as IBM, Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Canada and Deloitte.

I have successfully managed and delivered multiple complex enterprise solutions across various industries spanning from Banking and Fin-tech, AI, Legal and Data encryption.

I am a traditionally trained designer and I hold Bachelors in Product Design from MIT Institute of Design in India and a post graduation in Interactive Media Management from George Brown College, Canada.


I live in Toronto, Canada with my husband and thoroughly enjoy baking, camping and connecting with new people.

Methodology I leverage design thinking methodologies to provide consulting services to a variety of clients. By empathizing with users and breaking down complex information, I have helped large and small companies create innovative solutions and deliver well-made experiences.

At Deloitte, my primary focus was dTrax (Now Arteria AI). I was involved with several other projects including AI enabled cyber-security software for enterprises, creating an internal website for Deloitte Greenhouse, as well as helping with the creation of COVID-19 Economy Recovery Dashboards.

As a senior designer at Arteria, I worked on complex enterprise solutions by conducting various client workshops, requirement gathering, mapping user pain-points and translating those to holistic solutions, to streamline digital contracting for legal teams in top-tier banks across North America and Europe.

I was involved during the research and conception of the project, which was later taken ahead, refined and developed.

As a UX researcher, I consulted available literature and conducted applications review. I was also responsible for conducting contextual interviews with service providers (youth psychologists, school councillors and community centre service providers), in the Peel region and drew actionable insights.
